How does your prices compare to the competition?
At Rhudy’s Car Audio, our technicians set us apart. Several have been with us for over 10 years, and one for 28 years—experience no other local shop can match. That depth of knowledge is why Rhudy’s is known for doing it right the first time.
We closely monitor online pricing to ensure the products we carry remain competitively priced in today’s transparent market. Our labor rate is $125 per hour—well below the $150 industry standard—without compromising quality, craftsmanship, or reliability.
Do you guys do appointments?
To ensure the best results, window tinting at our Murchison Road location is available by appointment only.
Other installation services are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Why can’t you give an exact installation price over the phone?
We’re happy to provide a general price range, but an exact quote depends on the vehicle. Different makes, models, trim levels, factory radios, and amplifiers can require different parts and labor. To avoid surprises, we prefer to see the vehicle first so we can give you accurate pricing and the best recommendations upfront. Be cautious of extremely low quotes. In some cases, a job that’s quoted at $500 suddenly becomes $800 after the vehicle is already in the bay, with claims that additional parts are required. Customers are then told the vehicle won’t be released until the higher bill is paid. Unfortunately, we hear stories like this at least once a week. Can you guess the shop? We can't tell you here but situations like these often show up in public records, including police call reports tied to disputes over vehicle release.
